We encourage our customers to email or call our office during normal business hours with their feedback on any issues, which they feel may benefit their own experience, or improve our service to our valued customer. Subscriptions is accepted in the form of personal or business check, money order, or by charging your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. Renewals to credit cards are AUTOMATIC, unless otherwise noted. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee, and accounts will be suspended until the $25.00 returned check fee is paid.
Subscription Policy:
1) If you purchase an advanced package and you wish to terminate your account early, BFRNY.com will not prorate or refund your account for the days/months that you will not be using. If at anytime you would like to change the county that you are described to, feel free to contact us via email at: nylispendens@aol.com
2) If you are going out of town for an extended period of time, we will put your account on hold until you return. Holds the responsibility of the subscriber to reactivate. If your account is not reactivate, BFRNY.com is not responsible to provide you with a refund. You will be able to activate your account and your subscription will be active for the balance of the time left on your account. Under any circumstances are you able to transfer your account and balance to another party.
Limitations:
BFRNY.com’s Lis Pendens, Judgments, and Auction Schedules are for the PRIVATE use of the subscriber. Any violation of the policies here within will result in the immediate termination of the subscriber’s account and the forfeit of all monies paid to BFRNY.com. Further, the cancellation of the subscription and forfeit of monies paid shall in no way restrict BFRNY.com from pursuing any and all legal remedies available. BFRNY.com’s reports are obtained from official records; we assume no responsibility for errors or omissions. BFRNY.com does not represent any of the properties on its reports. We assume no responsibility for real estate transactions made as a result of the subscriber’s use of the reports.
