Mail Merge is when you take a list of prospects and place the prospects information in a letter, so that each letter is uniquely personalized. This feature will allow the subscriber to send out letters to all the foreclosure reports in our database with a few simple clicks of the mouse. It is as easy as choosing your County and selecting the merge button. The subscriber will have the choice to either print labels, personalized letters designed by the subscriber, or both. This option is extremely helpful in reaching the masses with little or no effort. This feature allows subscribers to reach out to the targeted prospects in Foreclosure which will help to finalize a deal without needing to physically knock on each of their doors.
